As an alumnus of RVCC, what do I have access to?

Answer

RVCC alumni have access to circulating books and use of the computers and reference materials within the library.

Unfortunately, vendor licensing agreements prohibit alumni from accessing the library's electronic databases from off-campus. You will need to visit the RVCC library in person to use library databases.

  1. No place in RVCC-- except for the offices of a number of most cordial and generous with their time faculty-- is as helpful and supportive of any intellectual pursuit as the RVCC library staff. I don't know why RVCC keeps getting such skilled, willing, and patiently kind librarians as nowhere else, but what you get is exactly what you see: helpful and knowledgeable who have a desperate need to be helpful thus showing as much appreciation for being able to help you as you would show for their unrelenting helpfulness. If you don't believe me, just go to any universities' Libraries and see the night/day difference.
