What if my password doesn't work to access library databases?

Answer

You should use the same G# and password to access library databases that you use to access Canvas and Lion's Den.

If you just changed your password and your new password does not work to access library databases, try your old password or contact us for help.

If you did not recently change your password, please contact Technology Services for assistance:
