Can I book a meeting room?
Can outside groups or campus groups reserve a room to meet in the library?
Answer
We do not provide meeting space for groups that are not affiliated with RVCC.
Students can reserve group study rooms at the Check Out Desk. Same-day reservations are not available and rooms are first-come, first-serve.
The Paul Robeson Resource Room and Institute for Holocaust & Genocide Studies room are under the supervision of other departments and are only to be used for relevant campus groups. If you would like to be connected with the specialist for either space, email a librarian for assistance.
The Library Classroom is for librarians' information literacy instruction only.
