Can I download Microsoft Office products like Word, Powerpoint and Excel?

Yes, through your RVCC Microsoft Office 365 account, you can install Microsoft applications on up to 5 PCs or Macs, 5 tablets, and 5 smartphones. The Office download includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Sway and OneDrive. 

  1. From Lion's Den, log in to Office 365 - College Email. 
  2. Go to the dot menu in the top left corner 9 dots forming a square, the menu icon for Microsoft apps
  3. Select the Microsoft 365 app icon Microsoft 365 app icon
  4. Click the "Install and More" button and select "Install Microsoft 365 Apps". Install and More button with options expanded. the first option is Install Microsoft 365 apps.

This will open a new window where you can begin the install process.
